The internationally-renowned Russian pianist returns to The Friends to open our 35th Anniversary Season!  Hear pianism striking for its definition and incisiveness; it is muscular - almost ruthless - yet also capable of melting tenderness.  For his Kansas City program, Feltsman juxtaposes some of music's smaller artworks of heart-rending delicacy and depth with the granduer of the epic scale of Liszt's Sonata in B minor.
