Single tickets for the 2025/2026 season will go on sale on August 4!

Refunds Policy

Single tickets are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges, except in the case of a canceled or rescheduled performance. Subscribers who are unable to attend a performance may exchange their tickets for another concert in the season up to 48 hours before a performance. Both season subscribers and single ticket purchasers can also donate their tickets as a tax-deductible gift to the Friends or share them with friends, family, or other associates. Single Tickets

For single ticket purchases: there are multiple options for obtaining your single ticket purchases:
  • Mobile Tickets: Mobile tickets are secure, paperless tickets accessible on your smartphone. Rotating QR codes ensure valid tickets and reduce counterfeit or resold tickets. 
  • Print-at-home: After you get your email confirmation, you’ll get a second email with your tickets as an attachment. You’ll need to print them yourself before arriving.
  • Mail Tickets: We can mail your single tickets to your home. Please allow 5-7 business days before they arrive. 
  • If you didn’t receive the tickets you ordered online:  You can visit Will Call before your show to have your tickets printed. Please be prepared to show a photo ID.
