The Isidore String Quartet in a phenomenal debut with works by Schulhoff, Dutilleux, Childs, and Mozart. Their performance was surrounded by multiple community events, including a performance at the Zhou B Art Center.

Dunedin Consort visited KC for the first time and gave a profoundly moving and transformative performance of the timeless St John Passion by J. S. Bach. In their caring hands and voices, led by the dynamic John Butt, it was a highly emotional and meaningful concert!

The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center on Tour visited us in a spectacular program entitled “Virtuoso Winds.” The guest artists Anne-Marie McDermott (piano), Adam Walker (flute), James Austin Smith (oboe), David Shifrin (clarinet), Radek Baborák (horn), and Marc Goldberg (bassoon) delighted our audience at Yardley Hall (Midwest Trust Center). In addition, James Austin Smith worked extensively with the UMKC Oboe Studio.
