As simple as that – free – any time, any place!
We warmly welcome children to The Friends’ concerts and love sharing the joy of music with young audiences; however, we kindly suggest that our full-length performance, designed for adults, may be better suited for children aged seven and up, as the delicate nature of acoustic music requires a serene acoustic environment.
Refunds Policy
Single tickets are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges, except in the case of a canceled or rescheduled performance. Subscribers who are unable to attend a performance may exchange their tickets for another concert in the season up to 48 hours before a performance. Both season subscribers and single ticket purchasers can also donate their tickets as a tax-deductible gift to the Friends or share them with friends or family. Delivery
- Mobile Tickets: You will receive a link in your confirmation email that allows you to access your tickets. From there, you can add them to your mobile wallet, take a screenshot and save it to your device, or print them ahead of time.
- Mail Tickets: We can mail your single tickets to your home. Please allow 5-7 business days for them to arrive. A $2 mailing fee applies.
- Will Call Tickets: No tickets will be sent to you. Simply show up at the box office on the day of the event and provide your name. You must have a valid ID in order to be able to redeem the tickets. A $1 handling fee applies for Will Call pickup.
- If you didn’t receive the tickets you ordered online: Before requesting a reprint, try searching your email inbox for “Friends of Chamber Music” your tickets may already be there. If you’re still unable to find them, feel free to contact us at 816-766-1096 or BoxOffice@chambermusic.org, or visit the box office on the day of your event. Be sure to bring a photo ID.
